74% Zinfandel, 17% Syrah, 9% Graciano
Black raspberry, black cherry, cocoa nibs and mocha. This wine is at once fruity, sweet and savory as it takes a rambling path across your palate into a long lingering finish. Classic zinfandel flavors meet the structure of Syrah, creating a smooth inviting mouthfeel. The iron rich minerality of Graciano pulls it back from saccharine, sowing notes of smoked bacon.
