Sparkling against the sunlight, golden flaxen hues, this wine embodies summer. Grassy notes are intertwined with white peach, wet slate and lemon verbena. Delightfully crisp at the start with notes of fresh lemons and clean minerality, it builds to a round mid-palate of apricot and nectarine, then concludes with a long mouthwatering finish. Airy and light, a perfect companion to summer’s heat, but with enough body and flavor to stand up to your meal.
