70% Mourvèdre, 14% Grenache, 12% Graciano, 4% Tannat
Sun-bleached barn wood, steamed oak barrels, and peppery Ceylon cinnamon on the nose betray the savory nature of the wine. This is a full-bodied Mourvèdre, layering the red fruits of the fall with iron minerality softened on a butcher block. Mouthwatering as it touches your tongue, and silky smooth on the finish despite its youth, this wine will mature further down this path for years to come but is irresistible already. A beautiful garnet color with gentle lavender edges, it looks as beautiful and elegant as it tastes. Drink now with a one to two hour decant, or age through 2037.
