48% Grenache, 22% Tempranillo, 14% Carignan, 12% Graciano, 4% Tannat
As only the fifth vintage of this celebration between Tempranillo and Grenache, In My Dreams continues to surprise and delight us. Dark and smooth, luscious pomegranate and grilled peach envelop the iron rich minerality. Aromatic depth is matched on the palate with a velvety texture across the tongue. Become lost in the layers of this wine. Drink before 2024 with a one to two hour decant, or age through 2032.
Pairings: Galinhada (Brazilian chicken and saffron rice), grilled sausages, ratatouille, steak kebabs, manchego.
