ORDER & SHIPPING POLICY:

Linne Calodo is committed to getting your wine order to you in the same excellent condition that it is kept here in our cellar. Orders are built and shipped from our winery in Paso Robles, CA. United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground is our default shipping method. Other options are available, including Golden State Overnight for CA, NV, and AZ orders, and FedEx Ground. Express shipping is possible at additional charges.

Shipments may be delayed due to unfavorable weather conditions. All orders require the signature of an adult over 21 years of age. We recommend shipping to a business address or wine storage facility, when possible. Returned or re-directed shipments will incur a new shipping fee.

PICK UP

Your wine will be stored safely in our warehouse from time of order through to a set "pick up by date” clearly stated on all email communications at release time. Orders not picked up by the stated date will be shipped to your address on file, and your card on file will be charged a shipping fee.


REFUND POLICY

Orders placed online, by phone, or by email, including auto-billed club packs, can be canceled within 3 days. After 72 hours, the order is non-refundable/non-returnable. Wine purchased in our tasting room is non-returnable.

Returns & Cancellations

Any return claim based on a defect in the product will be handled on a case by case basis. We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. We ask the customer keep the cork and unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error.
